Mr. Donald is XA Worldwide's CEO, and one of its board members. Since joining the company in November 2008, he has been involved with solidifying client relationships, focusing on the development of the applications for these clients, and establishing and refining plans for the strategic growth of the company. Prior to joining XA Worldwide, Mr. Donald served as Co-Owner and Managing Director for Sperry Van Ness Tampa since 2006. Mr. Donald has negotiated and secured transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $100 million. Over his 15 year career, he has also served as Senior Account Manager with Pointline (formerly Mohr Partners) and as Account Executive for Bausch and Lomb.

Larry Morales is currently President and Founder of the Skywater Group LLC. The Skywater Group is full service brokerage conglomerate for Business Aircraft, South Florida Real Estate and Luxury Yachts. As well as managing the Skywater Group, he specializes in aircraft brokerage in the Skywater Jets division. Mr. Morales has over a decade of experience in business aircraft sales, management, and consultation.
Certified General and Forensic Psychiatrist
Dr. Northrup is a board certified general and forensic psychiatrist. He is in private practice in south Tampa. He works to help people be sound of mind and body. He treats depression and anxiety and helps people manage their stress. Additionally, he works to help those trying to lose weight and manage their weight for the long term with both medications and behavioral techniques.
