The most noteworthy solution is the PaGoPASS, a rechargeable debit card for the unbanked. Presently, only 14% of Colombian consumers have access to a debit or credit card. The remaining 86% of consumers are unable to pay using a credit card. Working with Bancolombia and Citigroup, XA Worldwide is able to provide the unbanked consumer with a pre-paid card, secured with a universal magnetic strip and four-digit pin, that can be used to pay their mobile bill from a growing network of PaGo payment kiosks.

TRANSGUARDIA

XA Worldwide has secured relationships to introduce taxi dispatch technology in Bogota and Medellin Colombia, outfitting 25,000 Taxi with dispatch technology, leading into phased ‘in-cab’ revenue par.

This project has several core purposes. First, to replace antiquated ‘radio’ dispatch paradigm with state-of-the-art mobile GPS capabilities to achieve efficiencies.
